Høyden is a leading competence house for work at height .
We do maintenance work using rope access and help other companies work safely at height. In order for it to be efficient to work in ropes, we design and install type-approved access systems on buildings. These are simple installations with little need for maintenance. In addition, they look good, so the architect can concentrate on aesthetics.
Very often, contractors at construction sites and people who run properties contract us. Therefore, we are especially skilled at work carried out on commercial buildings and construction sites.
Rope access
Our team of rope access technicians with a craftsman background has over ten years of experience with performing work in ropes. We cover a number of craft subjects and have been pioneers in rope access in Oslo since 2010.
Rope access systems
Høyden's civil engineers design fall arrest and rope access systems. The installation team brings the products to the construction site and installs the access systems.
Fall arrest services
Our advisors help contractors and others who work at height with preparing good routines and instructions. They also conduct fall arrest and rescue courses and help with choosing the right PPE, as well as carrying out periodic inspections of systems and equipment. The department also assists builders in defining the optimal scope of systems for work at height on new buildings, which in turn leads to tender descriptions that go to the contractors.
