Kristian Augusts gate 23
Höegh Eiendom has renovated Kristian Augusts gate 23 and returned the building to its original appearance. Høyden has supplied a davit system for maintenance of the facades in the backyard.
The bases for attaching davit arms are mounted under hatches in the decking so that the bases are invisible when not in use. When in use, the hatches are removed so that the davit arms can be used temporarily for access to facades.
