Høyden performs condition assessments and inspections of roofs and facades. The inspections result in precise and well-documented reports that our customers use to uncover damage, map maintenance needs and when selling properties.

Our method allows us to touch and feel the building so that the condition of the building's roof and facade is assessed physically. We deliver reports with condition grades that identify findings with HSE and maintenance risk. These become effective maintenance plans for operating departments and boards of real estate companies and housing cooperatives.
